Meet JAKE PADILLA
At 38, after a decade in college lacrosse and a lifetime in sports, I realized it was time to combine my recruiting skills, coaching heart, and entrepreneurial spirit. I’ve seen firsthand how transformative the college athletics journey can be—and how much is left on the table without the proper guidance.
I founded PSG to help athletes and coaches rise through the ranks with intention—not just to chase the highest paycheck, but to find the right fit to grow, shine, and succeed long-term. I know what it takes to get there because I’ve lived it—from K–12 coaching to D1 recruitment to launching pro careers.
